Earthquake (Transition 1):
In this song a native Mexican Indian tells a legend in half Spanish - half dialect.
Lyrics:
(Mexican Dialect) |
??? |
(Spanish) |
Quiere decir no, no sabemos que cosa quiere decir. |
It means no, we don't know what it means |
(Mexican Dialect) |
??? |
(Spanish) |
¿A poco usted sabes, porqué hace temblor? |
Do you know why does it shake? |
(French) |
He has told me that you don't know why does shake. |
It shakes because the moon, the sun, and the earth are fighting |
Thanks to Romeo for the lyrics
La lune se bat avec les étoiles (transition 2):
"The moon fights with the stars"
Lyrics:
(Spanish) |
La tierra se pelea con el, con el sol. |
The earth fights with the, with the sun. |
(French) |
La terre, elle se bat avec le soleil. |
The earth fights with the sun. |
(Spanish) |
Y la luna... Igualmente. |
And with the moon the same thing happens. |
(Mexican Dialect) |
??? |
(French) |
Et la lune se bat avec les étoiles. |
And the moon fights with the stars. |
Thanks to Romeo for the lyrics
White Whisper:
The four notes used in "White Whisper" are A Flat, B, D Flat, and E, in that order. This quite possibly puts the song in the key of A Flat Minor, which is extremely rare for a song nowadays. About 99.9% of the stuff you hear on the radio is in a Major key. A Flat Minor has seven flats, making it very rare for classical music as well.
Thanks to TeknoNight for this info ;-)
Media Luna (Half Moon):
Thanks to Ivan Proskurin for translating the arabic lyrics and Martijn M. for posting them.

The time that I spent with her made me high
Her cheek is a garden, her back is a (precious stone)
Her body is reehan (fragrance), if you get a relation with her - it's
heaven. Time that I spent with her is prove for that.
If you get relation with her - it's heaven.
That beauty in that cheek.
From all these different beauties you can make a neckless
Branch, moon and sun of happiness.
I'm afraid of the eyes of human
And it seems it covers the eyes of human.
The following is Ana Torrojo's part in the song. Thanks to Natalia for the lyrics.
Spanish lyrics:
Su mirada es vino |
Her gaze is wine |
Su mirada es vino |
Her gaze is wine |
Su mejilla un huerto |
Her cheek a garden |
Como en un collar en su cintura |
Like a necklace on a belt |
Se engarzan mil joyas de hermosura |
You thread a thousand beads of beauty |
Ramo sol de suerte a media luna |
A lucky ray of light at half moon |
Ramo sol de suerte a media luna |
A lucky ray of light at half moon |
Sweet Lullaby:
The lyrics are from the Solomon Islands (small islands north of Australia). This is most likely a regional dialect based on English. You can recognizing some possessive French pronouns (Sa) as well as some future tense verbs (pandera). -TeknoNight
The song is about a girl trying to get her little brother to go to sleep by telling him that their parents won't return if he didn't.
